Your vacation rental agreement will hold the property off the market, and refunds can only be made if the property is re-rented for the agreed upon dates. Any request to cancel must be made in writing as early as possible for the greatest opportunity to book the dates again.. Your refund will be subject to the property re-renting at reservation rates, minus a $250 administration fee per week. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Unit A is the main floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that is keyed separately for your personal vacation use. You will also receive a code to access the large Unit A garage below.
Common areas: 1. The entrance foyer and hall steps are shared space for both condos, accessed by a code that will be supplied to you for check-in. 2. The fenced back yard is common space. However, upper unit B has a large private deck for outdoor leisure, and the fenced back yard will be primarily for your Unit A use. You will see the owner or owner's employ in the yard for maintenance purposes. Please ask if you have questions!
As your vacation rental host, I am also the resident of upper unit B with my small and friendly dog, Lucy. Similar to staying at a family-owned inn or bed and breakfast, the advantage to having your host on location is that you can rest assured the property and grounds are well-cared for and maintained. If you have any problem during your stay, it can be addressed promptly without going through multiple channels.
